LOCATION

Jasmine Villa is located on a bluff, with ravines on either side, overlooking the sea to its north and the spectacular Besparmak mountain range to its west. The villa is one of just one of a small number of properties in a select development near the bottom of the hill leading to the quaint hillside village of Esentepe, approx 2km away.

The villa has a largely uninterrupted view of the sea which lies about 200 metres away down the steepish block-paved road from the development.

The principal town of Girne (Kyrenia), with its beautiful harbour, is approximately 16 miles (25km) away while Ercan airport is little more than a 40 minute drive to the south. The capital of Northern Cyprus, Lefkosa (Nicosia), is 43 miles (68km) away and is about 1 hour's drive. Larnaca airport in southern Cyprus takes 1 hour and 15 minutes by taxi (or less).

The Korineum Golf & Country Club can be reached in about 5 minutes and Turtle Beach, one of the nearest sandy beaches, is about a 10 minute drive, while the Acapulco Beach Resort is 15 minutes away. A marina is proposed about 5 minutes drive to the east of Esentepe.
