A very warm welcome to our house, Jasmine Villa, located in the charming rural village of Esentepe in Northern Cyprus, one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas in the whole of the Mediterranean.

Jasmine Villa is a spacious well equipped 4-bedroom airconditioned villa with its own private pool set in a stunning location with almost uninterrupted views of the sea and the breathtaking Besparmak (Five Finger) mountain range.

The villa will sleep up to 8 adults and two babies/toddlers. It's child friendly being specifically equipped to cater for young children while being equally attractive for adult-only visitors. A generous amount of free electricity is provided within our rates, plus free water, gas, bed linen/towels laundry, internet access, and the services of our local agents.

The gardens at the villa are attractive and spacious allowing families to enjoy the large expanse of artificial grass next to the swimming pool, or a more secluded area at the rear of the property. These, of course, are in addition to the large and spacious upstairs terrace. The villa also has secure and gated parking for up to four cars, so they do not need to be parked in the road outside.

There are excellent facilities nearby including good restaurants, supermarkets, bank, cash machine, pharmacy, and petrol station, with the Korineum Golf and Country Club being only 5 minutes drive away.

Northern Cyprus contains some of the best beaches on the island, spectacular mountain castles, many archaeological sites of great interest and not least, Girne (Kyrenia), containing one of the most beautiful harbours in the Mediterranean. All of these are easily accessible from Esentepe.

It's one of the safest countries in the Mediterranean area and the local inhabitants are both friendly and welcoming; food and restaurant costs are reasonable; there are some fantastic beaches; there's lots to see and do; and the climate will not disappoint. What more could you want from a perfect holiday location?
